Reporting into the Regional HR Manager, you will support 60+ employees across 9 retail stores in Singapore. In addition, you will:
- Provide full spectrum of HR duties including operations, payroll, talent acquisition, on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations / compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development
- Drive end-to-end recruitment needs for their direct retail stores in Singapore, build pipeline for frontline hires, manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims and work pass applications
- Lead employee engagement, recreation and wellness activities
- Update and maintenance of HR handbooks and employee data
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition (Retail) role
- Experience within the retail, hospitality, F&B or consumer industry is essential in this role
- Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Positive working attitude, meticulous and reliable
- Candidates who are immediately available / available on short notice are highly preferred
