Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible to:
- Perform day-to-day HR activities including hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding, welfare administration
- Create and maintain employee records and keeping the company's HR database updated
- Assist in Government paid claim submissions and group insurance claims
- Support HR and office-related events such as career fairs and employee recognition awards
- Assist and participate in ad hoc HR administrative duties as required
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a HR position
- Good communication, time management and project management skills
- Meticulous, organised, able to work with minimal supervision
- Great interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
