Our client is a market leading Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Executive/ Senior Executive (strategies and projects) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be part of a HR team in managing HR activities and projects, including but not limited to:
- Support generalist duties including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operational activities, onboarding and offboarding
- Manage HR Data Analytics; metrics on turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, compensation trends, and employee performance etc.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, identify trends and correlations in HR data to guide strategic HR initiatives and interventions
- Provide recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the design and administration of employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms. Analyze survey results to pinpoint key areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor HR practices to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of HR strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness of current HR evaluation systems and processes. Recommend and implement changes to improve performance management, talent development, and employee evaluations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Assist in managing complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and development programs to support organizational growth and employee development.

- Salary up to $5,500/month x 13, depending on work experience
- Annual leave starts from 10-14 days/ annum
skills and experience required
- Minimum diploma required in human resource or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Attention to detail and good judgment are essential
- Knowledge of Employment Act and Manpower Laws is necessary
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Can-do attitude and willingness to tackle problems or new tasks
