Our client is a market leading Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Executive/ Senior Executive (strategies and projects) to join the HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will be part of a HR team in managing HR activities and projects, including but not limited to:

Support generalist duties including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operational activities, onboarding and offboarding
Manage HR Data Analytics; metrics on turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, compensation trends, and employee performance etc.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, identify trends and correlations in HR data to guide strategic HR initiatives and interventions
Provide recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in the design and administration of employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms. Analyze survey results to pinpoint key areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor HR practices to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of HR strategies.
Assess the effectiveness of current HR evaluation systems and processes. Recommend and implement changes to improve performance management, talent development, and employee evaluations.
Collaborate with leadership to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Assist in managing complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate training and development programs to support organizational growth and employee development.

Office location: West, Singapore.
Salary up to $5,500/month x 13, depending on work experience
Annual leave starts from 10-14 days/ annum

skills and experience required

Minimum diploma required in human resource or related fields
At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
Attention to detail and good judgment are essential
Knowledge of Employment Act and Manpower Laws is necessary
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Can-do attitude and willingness to tackle problems or new tasks
