Reporting to the HR Manager who is based in Singapore, you will be responsible to:
- Manage end-to-end human resource functions
- Handle the full employee's life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, document and contract preparation, orientation, performance management, training and development and employee retention
- Administer monthly payroll, prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports as well as processing any payment claims
- Answer to queries on Human Resource matters
- Handle income tax submission, IR8A preparation and IR 21 submission
- Oversee any applications and cancellations employment passes
- Participate in MOMs and other HR surveys
- Working closely with internal stakeholders on recruitment matters
- Assist in improving and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and data integrity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and duties as assigned
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in full spectrum of end-to-end HR operations, with hands-on payroll processing experience
- Well-versed in the Employment Act and related local labour/employment related legislation.
- Experience in recruitment within the IT and Asset Management industries will be an added advantage
- Strong computing skills including MS Office and ATS
- Driven and self-starter, with the ability to multitask within a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality, and strong attention-to-detail
