They have a strong regional presence and are continuously expanding. They are currently inviting a dynamic and independent individual to join their business as a HR Generalist.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a HR Generalist, you will be specializing into the C&B/Payroll function, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Manage end to end payroll process for a headcount of about 300
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
  • Assist in overtime calculation and CPF submissions
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and ensure that they are compliant with relevant laws
  • Handle application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • Handle compensation and benefits policies and framework including salary range and structure
  • Annual salary and benefits benchmarking
  • Asist in annual performance appraisals and market trends analysis

about the manager/team
You will be working in a team of 4 and be supporting a headcount of about 300.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified with relevant qualifications in related field (HR or Business Administrartion) and demonstrate at least 2 years of in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with strong communication skills who is good in stakeholder management skills to manage both up and down. You should also be someone who is able to work independently and work well in a fast paced environment. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who is able to work well in a multi-cultural environment and familiar with the full suite of HR Operations.
