As the HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting on the day-to-day operations and contributing to operational success of the HR functions
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and letter of offer preparation
- Support monthly payroll, CPF online submission and IRAS online submission
- Responsible for onboarding of new hires and exit of resigned employees
- Preparation of employment contracts, invoice processing, e-filing of essential messages and approvals, and data input into the system
- Process work pass application/renewal/cancellation
- Responsible for employment administration and reporting matters (including leave records, medical claims)
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Diploma, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines and a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience. Having In-house Payroll experience will be advantageous.
You should be well-versed on MOM regulations and local legislation, as well as prepared to take a hands-on approach to your work and contribute effectively.
