    Our client is a Financial Services company. Due to increase in business activities, they are looking for a HR Generalist (1 year contract + completion bonus) to support their HR team.

    about the job

    Reporting to the Singapore Head of HR, you support the HR team of 3 on day to day HR activities

    Your job scope includes but is not limited to:

    • Employee life cycle: Maintaining of employee data in HRIS system, preparing of HR letters, ensure onboarding documents are in order
    • Recruitment activities: Interview scheduling & coordination with recruitment agencies and candidates
    • Payroll processing: End to end payroll processing using Timesoft system
    • Manage HR Reports, administration of leaves, benefits, work passes, p-files, training etc
    • Ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

    others

    • This is a 1 year contract with completion bonus
    • Possibility to extend/ renew depending on performance and business needs
    • Immediate candidates/ short notice preferred
    • Location: CBD area
    • SG employee headcount: 150-200

    skills and experience required

    • Prefer minimum 1-3 year working experience in HR scope above
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
    • Experience using Timesoft/ Workday will be advantageous but not a requirement
