Our client is a Global Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Generalist (6 months contract, convertable) to join the HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be part of a HR team supporting all HR activities including but not limited to:

HR operations and employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding
Updating employee data and movements in Workday (HRIS), maintain p-files
Recruitment support - job advertisements, candidate interview arrangements, and pre-onboarding activities
Support HR projects and organise employee welfare activities

5 day work week, 9am-6pm
Office location: Town, Singapore
Entitled to employee benefits
Regional headcount <200
Candidates available to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement

skills and experience required

Relevant education or experience in HR
Experience working in retail industry would be advantageous but not a requirement
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
