Our client is a Global Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Generalist (6 months contract, convertable) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be part of a HR team supporting all HR activities including but not limited to:
- HR operations and employee life cycle management, from onboarding to offboarding
- Updating employee data and movements in Workday (HRIS), maintain p-files
- Recruitment support - job advertisements, candidate interview arrangements, and pre-onboarding activities
- Support HR projects and organise employee welfare activities

- 6 months convertable contract
- 5 day work week, 9am-6pm
- Office location: Town, Singapore
- Entitled to employee benefits
- Regional headcount <200
- Candidates available to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Relevant education or experience in HR
- Experience working in retail industry would be advantageous but not a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
