    This role will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to manage a regional office of 120+ headcounts. In addition, you will:

    • Support full end-to-end business partnering, human resources and talent acquisition needs for the business, including pre-onboarding and on-boarding; and employee off boarding activities, and counsel employees and manage grievances and disciplinary actions
    • Provide input for business surveys mandated by the local statutory boards
    • Support the annual headcount and salary budgeting process
    • Act as an DE&I ambassador and contribute to DE&I initiatives; coordinate employee recognition programs
    • Responsible for HR projects and initiatives as required
    • Provide support for annual processes such as performance management, leave reconciliation, individual income tax reporting (IR8A), and compensation planning


    skills and experience required

    • Possess a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
    • Min. 5 years of solid HR Generalist experience in a global organisation
    • Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgement, meticulous and high attention to details
    • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative and able to work independently
    • Proficient in Singapore labour law and practice
