Our client is a top Financial Services MNC, looking for a HR Generalist/ Junior HRBP (1 year renewable/convertable contract) to join their HR team due to increase in business activities.
about the job
Your job scope is to manage the employee life cycle from end to end, including but not limited to:
- Onboarding to offboarding activities: Support new hire orientation, enrolment in benefit programs, exit survey and interview processes etc
- Manage employee queries and provide HR advisory to stakeholders
- Support HR colleagues (HRBPs, C&B etc) in HR processes such as performance management, compensation and benefit cycle, talent reviews etc
- HR data management: HR reports, documentations and surveys, timely update of employee information on HRIS, ensure data compliance and accuracy
- Drive and support exciting HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities and policies improvements
skills and experience required
- Ideally at least 1-3 years of relevant HR experience stated above
- Adaptable, fast pace, resourceful, ability to multitask, keen to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
- Experience using Workday system will be advantageous

- 1 year contract + completion bonus
- Possibility to extend or convert depending on business needs and performance
- Location: CBD
- Experience working in Financial Services related industries will be an advantage but not a requirement
