HR Generalist (Luxury retail, watches and fine Jewellery)

$4500 - $5500 (Salary will commensurate with experience)

about the job

You will get the opportunity to handle HR projects, process and policies alignment, understanding the business needs and proposing new policies and introducing best practices within human resource management and grow together with the company. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions but not limiting to:

  • Managing of recruitment from selection to on board, work pass application for new joiners across the floor
  • Administering leave records and updating of HR database
  • Full cycle of on-boarding and of boarding
  • Full cycle of payroll processing (HC: less than 50)
  • Partner the stakeholders within the business, walk the retail floor to identify gaps for improvements
  • Organize company’s key events and activities and liaise with external vendors for requests and other matters when required
  • Office management; ordering of office supplies, facilities management, issuance of staff access card, keys

about the manager

Reporting to the Regional CEO and functionally to the HR Director in Hong Kong, you will undertake the role of a HR Generalist.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the experiences in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate team to meet business objectives. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Due to reporting matrix back to Hong Kong and also due to business needs, ability to converse in cantonese language and/or Mandarin is a mandate.
