Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively into the organization.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns; mediate conflicts and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive working environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist with compensation analysis and adjustments in alignment with organizational budgets and market trends.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Identify training needs and work with managers to address skill gaps and career development goals.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed, ensuring they align with organizational values and compliance requirements.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Track key HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
