About the role

This role is excellent for someone looking to move into a regional role as this opportunity will give you regional exposure. This exciting position will allow you to design and implement L&D strategies and processes, you are given a blank slate and you have the autonomy to decide the learning landscape of the organisation.

This is a newly created role.

This role will require you to:

Learning and development (50%):

  • Support Regional HRBP to develop custom-tailored training programs
  • Drive adoption of digital/ non digital learning platforms though programs, activities or structured learning roadmaps
  • Post evaluation of training programmes through different methodology and identify future programs
  • Support learning programs through content design, learning analytics and program management, ensuring positive learner feedback
  • Design and continuous improve learning programs through data analytics
  • Custodian of learning management system
  • Design and implement learning programs

Talent Acquisition (50%):

  • End-to-end recruitment – posting job ads, screening and interviews.
  • On-boarding

About you

You have a relevant degree (Banking, HR or Business Admin) with at least 5 years of relevant Learning and Development (L&D) experience in an MNC environment.

You are a creative problem-solver who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods. You are someone who is willing to roll up your sleeves and work and is performance and results oriented. You are highly adaptable and commercial minded where you understand the need to be in sync with business priorities.

You are a resilient person who is able to navigate ambiguity and someone who is excited to build and design the L&D program for a company.
