about the Company

Our Client is a profitable and fast-growing start-up that offers wealth management financial advisory though technology. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a new HR Generalist to assist in setting up, implementing and streamlining HR processes for the business.


about the job

You will be managing the full HR functions by partnering the business on corporate initiatives, employee relations and HR communications amongst other responsibilities. You will also work closely with senior business leaders and stakeholders by providing HR advices as well as HR business partnering with various HODs. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be taking care of the day to day HR operations related matters including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development and payroll.


about the manager/team

You will report directly to the CEO of the company, taking on a single contribution role.


skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified with preferable qualifications in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in similar capacity with capabilities. You will be a resourceful individual who is able to multi-task and be a problem solver. Good knowledge in the local legislation will be a mandate for this role to handle all matters pertaining to the employment act in Singapore. You will also be someone who is experienced in HR communication, in both verbal and written skills.
