about the company
Our client is a well established organization within the Technology industry and has established their footprint over the globe. They have grown massively over the years and have employees across 7 key markets within SEA. They currently have multiple subsidiaries under their holdings and aims to be the leading platform for their users with technology. They are now expanding the team and are looking for a HR Generalist to join the team.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Technical recruiter, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Manage end to end recruitment process for a diverse range of technical positions - screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer management as well as all necessary logistics arrangement for both local and regional hirings
  • Organize and manage all recruitment related activities such as campus recruitment drives, campus events etc
  • Work closely with business and line managers in identifying and understanding hiring requirements
  • Act as first point of contact for all H Related queries and escalate where necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement HR projects for the region
  • Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operation processes
  • Coordinate all employment related onboarding paperwork and induction processes in collaboration with HR Counterparts
  • Provide support for training matters and provide strategic inputs
  • Assist with visa application processes

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Department Head.


skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a well recognised institution in Business Administration HR. You should have at least 2 years of Generalist experience. Candidates who comes from a Technology industry background are highly encouraged to apply. You should possess excellent knowledge on the different technical trends and jargons to be able to fill hiring needs. Apart from the mentioned, you should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels. Additionally, you should also be someone who is able to work well under a fast paced environment and be able to deal with ambiguity.
