Due to expansion plans, they are now looking to hire for a HR Generalist to join the team. about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Generalist and manage operations for SG's entity. Your role as a HR Generalist would be far from one dimensional. You will possess broad knowledge of the end to end spectrum of HR functions, from Talent Acquisition to Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, C&B, HR Operations, managing HRIS systems etc. You will be the main point of contact for any HR related matters. Besides, you would also work closely with business stakeholders in analysing gaps and provide strategic advices to improve current processes. You will proactively develop current procedures and strategies together with the team. The eventual goal is to ensure that the HR Operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.


about the team
You will be reporting into the HR Director and be working in a team of 3.


skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified with preferable qualifications in HRM or any related field of studies and demonstrate at least 4 years of experience within the HR function. Candidates who has experience working in a Tech start up are highly encouraged to apply. You would be someone who is enthusiastic and passionate and bring along excellent communication skills. Besides, you should be able to work well in a high performance culture and known for your excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.
