about the company
My client is a UK based professional services company. With 30 years of establishment, they have presence in more than 150 offices regionally. With expansion plans, they are now looking to hire for a HR Generalist. This is a newly created role.

about the job
You will be taking on the role of a HR Generalist, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and processing NS claims, medical reimbursement claims, expense claims and IR8A submission for the organization.
  • Manage the end to end life cycle process - on/offboarding, new hire orientation, employment contracts etc.
  • End to end recruitment - drafting job advertisements, job portals management, interview arrangements, candidates screening, offer management etc.
  • Support the organization with ongoing HR projects and initiatives and ensuring that they are aligned with best practices.
  • Support development of solutions to cater to individual's training development plans and put in place suitable training programs.
  • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders on end to end spectrum of HR functions.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Director of Operations.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or other related fields of studies. You will possess at least 4 years of experience as a HR Generalist. You will possess good communication skills, analytical skills as well as problem solving skills. You will also be able to excel in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task effectively.
