Our client is a listed Financial Services MNC. They are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to support increased business activities. This is a newly created role with opportunities to grow into a senior position long term.

Reporting to the SG Head of HR, you will support all HR activities for 3 countries, mainly for the SG Office (headcount: 60).
Your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Support employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding: Support new hire orientation, enrolment in benefit programs, employee engagement activities, work pass administration
- Regional Payroll management: Working closely with Payroll vendors, manage payroll reports and timely processing
- Recruitment coordination: Coordinating and scheduling of interviews, working with relevant stakeholders – agencies, hiring managers and candidates
- HR data management: HR reports, documentations and surveys, timely update of employee information on HRIS, ensure data compliance and accuracy
- Training administration and coordination
- Handle employees queries on HR related issues
- Drive and participate in exciting HR projects/ initiatives
- Ad-hoc HR activities

- Location: CBD Singapore
- Permanent role, entitled to AWS VB, and benefits
- Working hours: 9am-6pm
skills and experience required
- Ideally at least 1-2 years of work experience in HR activities stated above, experienced hands on HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
