    • Execute key HR activities and office administration for the Singapore office and support other HR initiatives in Asia offices
    • Handle day-to-day HR operations for the Singapore office, including but not limited to leave management, onboarding and offboarding of staff, benefits administration, etc. Ensure data in HR systems is updated promptly and accurately
    • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with MOM laws and regulations
    • HR data analysis, reporting and surveys, e.g. MOM/CPF/EDB surveys, etc.
    • Apply, maintain and process renewal of certificates and licenses required
    • Liaise with vendors for services required
    • Assist to develop and manage programs that foster a great work environment and significantly retain talents

    • Sole contributor role looking after SG office
    • Company headcount: 20 in SG
    • Office location: CBD Singapore

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum 1 - 2 years of HR generalist experience
    • Work independently and multi-task with good knowledge of employment laws
    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, attention to details and a team player
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
