    This role will be reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:

    • Support full end-to-end recruitment and selection process with employee orientation requirements, including on-boarding; and employee off-boarding activities.
    • Responsible for payroll and benefits administration.
    • Familiarity with the work pass application and renewal process and requirements
    • Support and coordinate cross-border move to and/or from Singapore
    • Coordinate employee recognition programs
    • Provide support for annual processes such as performance management, leave reconciliation, individual income tax reporting (IR8A), and compensation planning
    • Counsel employees and manage grievances and disciplinary actions
    • Provide input for business surveys mandated by the local statutory boards
    • Participate in both internal and external HR & Payroll audits
    • Support the annual headcount and salary budgeting process
    • Act as an DE&I ambassador and contribute to DE&I initiatives in Singapore
    • Provide support to HR Director, APAC, and HRBP.
    • Be resposible for regional HR projects and initiatives as required


    skills and experience required

    • Possess a Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
    • 5 – 8 years of solid HR Generalist experience in a global organisation
    • Ability to exercise discretion, independent judgement, meticulous and high attention to details
    • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organisational skills, high level of initiative and able to work independently
    • Proficient in Singapore labour law and practice
