My client is a well established organization which aims to enhance the competencies of HR professionals as well as provide them with developmental opportunities. As a key leader in setting HR standard of excellence, they place a focus on maximising human capital, provides a range of programmes and products for HR Professionals to get certified and ensure that they are kept up to date with current HR practices. They aim to establish excellent standards of excellence. They are now looking for a HR Lead Consultant to join the team. This is a newly created role.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Lead Consultant, your role includes but not limting to:

  • Driving thought leadership, understanding and analysing key HR trends and topics.
  • Building and developing content and create market influence by providing engaging topics for stakeholders and initiate events/ projects.
  • Develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and applicable frameworks.
  • Make use of HR technology and data to conduct and present deliverables that provides insights for HR pracitioners from various industries.
  • Collaborate with the other departments and functions and lead ideation/workshop sessions.

You will be reporting into the CEO.


skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM and possess at least 10 years of HR Consulting experience. It would be ideal if you have experience working within a Technology/ Professional Services organization focusing on HR Consulting. You will be someone who is technologically savvy and be able to understand data well. You will be someone who has solid understanding of HR practices and have the ability to map out strategies. You will also be someone who is able to work well under a fast paced environment and be able to handle different ongoing projects. Besides the mentioned, you should have strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgements. You will also be someone who is able to foster a positive and open team environment.
