    Our client is a global company in the quality management industry. Currently they are looking for a strategic HR Manager who has strategic business partnering experience. This HR Manager is a sole contributor role.


    about the job

    This role will report directly to the HR Director based in Hong Kong and be responsible for:

    • Full Spectrum of HR and full cycle of recruitment from on-boarding to off- boarding matters.
    • Planning with department heads to ensure sufficient manpower, understanding current manpower needs, and anticipate future manpower requirements.
    • Recommend appropriate retention strategies and guide managers to carry out the approach
    • To carry out the full payroll function in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Recommend appropriate retention strategies and guide managers to carry out the approach
    • Partnering with business managers to effectively meet business goals

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR Manager or HRBP experience
    • Well-versed in Employment Law of Hong Kong and China. Other regions
    • such as Europe, USA, Australia is a plus
    • Good interpersonal and problem solving skill.
    • Strong communication skill in both English and Mandarin as required to speak with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
