    This role will report directly into the Senior Manager of Human Resource and will manage a team 3. You will be responsible to:

    • Lead a team to provide optimal operation support to the human resource shared services activities
    • Manage employee on boarding and off boarding with analysis reports
    • Assist in the performance management process, review and documentation
    • Provide assistance to employees in HR related matters, employee engagement, counselling and grievances handling
    • Prepare reports and analysis reviewing efficiency of workforce resources
    • Provide consultation in development and implementation of human resource policies


    skills and experience required

    • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
    • 10+ years of experience in HR generalist function, of which 5 years’ within a managerial capacity
    • Experience within the manufacturing, construction and/or engineering industries will be preferred
    • Track record in leading end-to-end HR services; experience supporting blue collar workers would be advantageous
    • Experienced in team management and people development
