This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will manage a team 4. You will be responsible to:
- Perform the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relationship, performance management and employee engagement.
- Ensure job description, job grading is up to date and compliant with local statutory requirement.
- Be involved in manpower sourcing and planning, develop talent management framework, assessment and selection and associated processes, job posting and conduct interviews.
- Manage the entire performance appraisal cycle including annual increment and promotion exercise as well as succession planning programme.
- Review compensation and benefits and implement HR strategies, initiatives and policy advisory aligned with overall business needs.
- Partnering with management and business units to enhance work environment & relationships, drive engagement and increase productivity, and employee related matters.
- Oversee the HR orientation for all new hires, including compliance of policy review, overviews and hiring related documents in accordance with local statutory.
- Oversee the entire employee record and Payroll related matters are accurately maintained and processed.
- Participate in HR transformation projects including digital transformation, job redesign.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR generalist function, of which 5 years’ within a managerial capacity
- Experience within the manufacturing, construction and/or engineering industries will be preferred
- Track record in leading end-to-end HR services; experience supporting blue collar workers would be advantageous
- Experienced in team management and people development
