Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be part of small dedicated HR team responsible to:
- Work closely with the Head of HR in implementing and monitoring of all HR policies, ensuring relevance and compliance
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Handle subsequent activities relating to on-boarding and off-boarding, including application/renewal/cancellation of work passes and/or other passes, as well as HR system, preparation of HR reports and personal file management
- Perform the full spectrum of payroll and its related activities e.g. income tax returns, CPF, government make up claims
- Lead the compensation and benefits initiatives and annual review exercises including salary benchmarking, staff planning budget, appraisal and salary review exercises.
- Assist and responsible with all training and development initiatives
- Implement HR initiatives and employee engagement to build the company’s culture
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and recommend improvements
- Liaise with outsourced benefits vendors to provide a good service to the business and review service levels annually
- Any other ad-hoc HR responsibilities as assigned
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent
- Prior working experience in the financial industry and good understanding of MAS regulations is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience in handling in-house payroll processing
- Meticulous, analytical, resourceful and driven with the ability to multitask within a dynamic environment and good team player
- Have strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computing skills including MS Office, especially MS Excel and proficiency in using TimeSoft or other similar software
