    Our client is a global leader that has been around for more than 50 years in the FMCG industry. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to be part of their team in supporting their group-wide HR and organisational development efforts.

    about the job

    The role will report into the HR Director, Southeast Asia. Working closely with the line managers, you will:

    • Lead end-to-end HR initiatives including talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and succession planning
    • Work closely with key stakeholder to drive HR strategies, organisational development; support headcount planning, budgeting and forecasting
    • Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
    • Provide expertise in the areas of recruitment, performance management and succession planning; support functional managers in talent retention, performance evaluation, job grading, training and development plan
    • Oversee other HR operational matters such as taxation and payroll


    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 8 years’ of HR experience
    • Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management
    • Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
    • Independent and self-motivated
    • Collaborative and a team player
