Our client is a reputable F&B MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Manager (Payroll) to join their Dynamic HR team.
about the job
You will be leading a Payroll team of 2, managing the end to end payroll processing for Singapore office (800 headcounts), including but not limited to:
- Oversee full cycle payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary payout
- Maintain HR/ payroll database and records, e.g. set up new employee payroll information in the payroll system, check and verify resignation / termination documents
- Check Timesheet and any other attendance records (e.g., No Pay Leave) submitted by outlet managers and provide guidance where applicable to ensure utmost accuracy.
- Process backpay, overtime, unpaid leave, transfers and payroll related matters.
- Process, verify and submit payroll to the Head of Human Resources and the Management for approval.
- Prepare and verify bank listing / file for submission to bank on time, manage payslip matters and administer staff leave.
- Prepare payroll and leave reports, CPF returns.
- Process performance appraisal and bonus and/or merit/annual increment
- Prepare IR21 and IR8A before tax filing deadline, conduct HR / payroll audit.
- Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking on a request basis.
- Handle relevant government claims
- Support other HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, C&B, grievances, etc

- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- $7,000 to $9,000/month + AWS + VB, salary will commensurate with experience
- Annual leave: starts from 14 days
skills and experience required
- Education in HR or relevant studies
- At least 5 years of experience in processing full cycle payroll in-house
- Strong communication, with stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Leadership experience would be highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- F&B / retail industry experience
