about the job
You will get the opportunity to drive department’s leadership framework implemented in the area of; Recruiting, Performance review, and People development. Based on business development strategy & plan, you will be a key face of HR to cover all generalist aspect of the role. You will also integrate people development to performance management in order to provide overall HR support by leveraging on various HR methodologies, tools, measurable, and processes. Your role will also involve partnering with your business stakeholders for engagement, performance management, compliance and core HR processes.

Taking on a Regional portfolio, your coverage will include SG, Hong Kong China and a small region in India.

about the manager
Reporting to the HR Director of APAC, you will work alongside a dedicated HR team with one HRBP reporting in to you.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in business partnering role. Relevant experience within the retail/consumer platform is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the experiences in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate team to meet business objectives. You will be someone who is analytical, strategic and resourceful when faced with challenges. Your persona will be someone who extrovert, cheerful, creative and always able to think out of the box

Apart from the mentioned, you will be someone who shares similar core values of relishing team spirits and working together cohesively to help one another out across different business functions.
