    about the job

    This role will be reporting directly to the Regional Head of People Operations, you will be responsible to:

    • Being the point of contact for questions and issues regarding HR related policies and procedure
    • First point of contact for payroll and responsible for working with payroll vendor
    • Managing the activities of HR support involving hiring, dismissals, vacations, leaves, transfers, and the other HR processes.
    • Providing stakeholder management to support the management team members
    • Collaborating with HR operations team to maintain employee records in a human resources information system (HRIS)
    • Respond to enquiries from managers and external agencies about individual information

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
    • 5+ relevant working experience in Human Resources
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent problem solving skills
    • Knowledge and experience in technologies, such as ADP products, HRIS systems, SAP.
    • Thorough knowledge HR function and compliance requirements.
