This role will report to the Country Director and you will be responsible for:
- Supervises and oversees the provision of HR services, encompassing outsourced payroll, mobility administration, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and helpdesk support.
- Assumes a leadership role, guiding, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team to consistently deliver HR services that align with end-user needs and expectations.
- Drives the pursuit of service optimization by exploring self-service opportunities, outsourcing options, workflow enhancements, and automation, all while maintaining a delicate balance between optimization and user satisfaction.
- Engages in cross-functional collaboration with business units to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Ensures ongoing compliance with both internal and external regulatory and control requirements.
- Represents HR Shared Services during audit activities to uphold accountability and transparency.
skills and experience required
- Degree in relevant field with strong HR operations / shared services leadership experience.
- Sound working knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
- Strong working experience of HR services in connection with HRIS and related IT systems.
- Strong analytical skills to dissect cross-services operational issues and develop resolutions.
