about the job
This role will report to the Country Director and you will be responsible for:

• Supervises and oversees the provision of HR services, encompassing outsourced payroll, mobility administration, employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and helpdesk support.
• Assumes a leadership role, guiding, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated team to consistently deliver HR services that align with end-user needs and expectations.
• Drives the pursuit of service optimization by exploring self-service opportunities, outsourcing options, workflow enhancements, and automation, all while maintaining a delicate balance between optimization and user satisfaction.
• Engages in cross-functional collaboration with business units to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
• Ensures ongoing compliance with both internal and external regulatory and control requirements.
• Represents HR Shared Services during audit activities to uphold accountability and transparency.

skills and experience required

• Degree in relevant field with strong HR operations / shared services leadership experience.
• Sound working knowledge of local employment laws and related regulations.
• Strong working experience of HR services in connection with HRIS and related IT systems.
• Strong analytical skills to dissect cross-services operational issues and develop resolutions.
