Reporting directly to the CSO, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting organisational growth, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities:
... - Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, set up HR structures and policies
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the organisation effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and annual performance reviews.
- Identify training needs, collaborating with managers to create and implement relevant training programs
- Manage and implement the talent management framework, Identify high-potential employees, work with managers to create succession plans and implement strategies for talent retention, career growth, and internal promotions.
- Provide operational HR support and guidance as required by the business, including application for work passes if necessary
skills and experience required
- Minimum 6 years of relevant and hands-on experience with exposure to various HR functions
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven ability in partnering with senior stakeholders
- Experience in hands-on recruitment for technology positions and working in a start-up environment will be a strong advantage
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills with strong work ethics, accountability and ownership
- Meticulous with strong organisational skills
