They have firm expansion plans in place and will be looking to further grow the team to project their market presence further.

about the job

Reporting to the Managing Director, they are seeking for a HR Manager to join the team. You will be involved in the end-to-end processes of business partnering and can expect to manage a small team. You will be working closely with senior leaders of the business to establish and build solid framework for the organization’s HR portfolio. You can also expect to be involved in operational HR responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in being the HR subject matter expert of the business.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should possess prior experience in managing a small team and managing a regional portfolio. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels.
