Reporting into the Group Corporate HR based in Singapore, you will support an employee size count of 120 HC and partner closely with the business stakeholders. The role has a focus on HR strategies in the areas of talent management and acquisition strategies, employer branding, organisation effectiveness, DE&I, change management, C&B and HR policies. In addition, you will:
- Develop and drive HR strategies and policies in line with overall business objectives
- Create a strong global strategic employer brand for the organisation
- Act as a strategic HR business advisor to business stakeholders on talent management, career planning, organisation / workforce planning and employee engagement
- Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Analyse and implement competitive compensation and benefit plans in line with market benchmarking
- Work closely with the Group Corporate HR to identify and develop appropriate matrices and measurement tools to support the organisation effectiveness
skills and experience required
- Minimum 8 years’ Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of strategic HR experience (within the areas of business partnering, change management, strategy and / or policy writing)
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Economics or equivalent
- Track record in driving HR strategies within the areas of talent management, leadership development / advisory, learning and development programmes, compensation, policies and change management and organisation effectiveness
- Proven track record as a business partner to senior stakeholders; good communication skills
- Good knowledge of local compliance and labour laws across South East Asian countries
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision, takes accountability and resilient
