Well known logistic firm is seeking for an enthusiastic HR Manager (Talent Management) to join their dynamic team. This is a perm role with a Fortune100 MNC rapidly expanding their operation team. The organization’s increased commitment to its employees and has raised a new role. They offer attractive package salary $10,000max per month + attractive benefits.

About the job
This exciting role would require you to report to Group HR Director. In this role, you will be working closely with line managers in designing, driving and implementing talent management strategies.Design and review talent identification and succession management processes to ensure alignment with business priorities. You will be involve in talent review exercise and manage various talent pool programmes to build and grow talent pipeline across the region. Partner with business unit Talent Partners to manage post talent review processes and to close talent gaps identified during review sessions.

Skills & experience required
This is a hands-on manager role and will only suit those who are independent and committed workers. The right candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

To be successful you must:
