Reporting directly to the CSO, you will be responsible to:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations
• Set up HR structures and policies, as well as providing guidance and interpretation, ensuring compliance
• Manage employee relations, employee experience, well-being and continuously improve the employee experience
• Drive the company’s recruiting and talent acquisition strategies as well as employer branding
• Manage and implement the talent management framework
• Provide operational HR support as required by the business, including application for work passes if necessary
• Support and provide guidance to the HR team

skills and experience required

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant and hands-on experience with exposure to various HR functions
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven ability in partnering with senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing a team remotely will be advantageous
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills with strong work ethics, accountability and ownership
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills
