Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible to support key business stakeholders and oversee the entire spectrum of HR functions. You will be responsible to:

• Build strong partnerships and work closely with business leaders to support key business needs
• Understand trends, business direction and business strategy to deliver end-to-end HR solutions
• Set up HR structures and policies, including in the compensation and benefits, and ensure that these structures and policies are in line with local country laws and regulations, driving towards operational excellence and organisational effectiveness
• Manage employee relations, employee experience, well-being and continuously improve the employee experience
• Create learning and development programs and initiatives for the internal development of employees
• Drive the company’s recruiting and talent acquisition strategies as well as employer branding
• Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
• Ensure all employee records and HR reports are accurate
• Oversee payroll administration and any other ad-hoc HR matters as may be required

skills and experience required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in end-to-end HR functions
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in with talent acquisition at a senior level within the technology sector will be an added advantage
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and resilient with a strong sense of work ethics, accountability and ownership
• Strong organisational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to inspire others
