about the Company

Our client is a renowned organization in the local market and is known for its excellent world class attractions. They are a hybrid in providing concierge services, retail and tourism experiences to its targeted audience. Known to be creating a different customer service experience, they aimed to be the top attraction in the SG tourism space.

about the role

You will be a HR partner to both the retail operations and corporate team to develop the people’s agenda for growing, retaining and engaging the talents across the various business functions. You will be optimizing and scaling day-to-day HR Ops and be a trusted and credible HR partner to all the HODs in the corporate office. Employee engagement with the retail operations team will also be part of your scope to stay close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements. Your scope will also include but not limiting to:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to simplify and optimize HR Processes
  • Be a strategic partner to the business to drive, execute and develop HR initiatives for the retail operations
  • Work with the managing partners to develop, align and implement HR strategies under a joint venture model
  • Provide transactional support on all HR functions; recruitment, on-boarding, rewards, performance/talent management, L&D
  • Perform streamlining and reviewing of HR processes to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity
  • Providing admin support to ensure the smooth running of the corporate office

In additional to the above, you will also work closely with the joint venture stakeholders and provide HR advice to the retail and/or project team. You will find yourself in a dynamic and ever-changing environment with exciting learning opportunities.

about the team

You will work in a team of 2 with a HR Executive supporting you in your day to day HR operations.

skills and Experience Required

You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or business management and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience in a fast moving/fluid environment, handling all demographics and level of people will be a desired skill set to have. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and taking ownership of own responsibilities. You are also known for being a good team player with strong time management skills.
