HR Manager ( Up to $7500 X 13 months + VB)

about the job

You will get the opportunity to handle HR projects, process and policies alignment, understanding the business needs and proposing new policies and introducing best practices within human resource management and grow together with the company. You will also support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital within the business unit. Your responsibilities entail the full spectrum of HR functions but not limiting to:

  • Manpower planning and budgeting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports
  • Provide support in the L&D function; L&D coordination and ensuring communications are well disseminate out to the floor, evaluating training programs for the business, conduct appraisal trainings etc
  • Undertake Talent and OD projects
  • Partnering the business stakeholders and work within the HR team to review and streamline the existing workflow to achieve operational efficiency
  • End to end recruitment and system maintenance

about the manager

You will report directly to the HR Director based in SG and working alongside a team of 5 in the HR division to support 700+ headcount within the business.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in a managerial capacity. Relevant industry experience and SAP/successfactors knowledge is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the experiences in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with people of all levels to meet business objectives. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the ability to communicate well with people of all demographics and cultural levels. Mandarin speaking skills will be a mandate due to business needs for communication with stakeholders.
