about the job

You will undertake the role of a HR Manager, handling the full function of a HR generalist spectrum. You will business partner the retail operations to run the daily HR Ops. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU under your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing the career development plan, source and implementing training programs to support business needs and growth.
  • Further improvise on employer branding in attracting talents into the business
  • Lead and coordinate key HR annual processes such as annual salary review, management bonus review and payment, annual budgeting and other reward related activities
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to ensure HR policies, practices and initiatives are well communicated to managers and staff
  • Payroll verification and checking

Employee engagement with the local retail sales front will also be part of your scope to stay close to the operation ground to understand and identify needs and gaps for improvements.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will undertake the role of a HR Manager, covering for Sg and Indonesia, with 1 HR personnel reporting in to you.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree or Diploma qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You should possess the experiences in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate & retail team to meet business objectives. You will be someone with excellent MS office skills (word, excel & PowerPoint) with the ability to multi-task and work well across different business functions. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is meticulous, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
