about the company

My client is a global management consulting firm that provides strategic and deep market expertise for their clients. Due to a recent merger and expansion plans, they are looking to bring on board a HR Manager to manage the M&A within the organization.

about the role
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Manager. Due to a recent merger, you’re expected to manage reform planning. You will be working on harmonizing policies and processes between the 2 entities and business. You will design and set up regional organizational structure to align to the new group company structure. You will design and execute the M&A activity of complex business processes in the new business structure. Due to coverage of a regional portfolio, you will be required to travel (up to 25%) across the region. You will also oversee all HR operations and ensure that the HR Policies are aligned with business goals.

about the manager/team
You will be working closely with a team of 4 and reporting directly to the Partner of the organization.

skills & experiences required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies and demonstrate minimally 5 years of experience. Prior knowledge or experience in financial services consultancy is advantageous. You will demonstrate good experience with driving and implementing M&A projects. You should have excellent analytical skills and be able to work well under a fast paced environment. You should be receptive to change and be fast to adapt. You will have strong communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders and employees within the organization.
