Are you motivated by joining HR technology start up that is disrupting the industry? My client was established with a simple purpose of being innovative and comprehensive on mobile apps. My client sees tremendous improvement in technology and that users are moving away from the browser-based “Web” environment into the mobile app-centric world. The business' motive is to let mobile apps do everything for you and save all hassle from moving. To assist with the growth of the business, my client is looking for a commercial highly motivated Head of HR to help with this journey

As the Head of HR you will:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and key stakeholders to create and revamp existing HR policies and procedures to facilitate employee growth and happiness.
  • Manage company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation & benefit reviews, equity programs, workforce planning, training & development, retention and engagement strategies and organizational change).
  • Execute compensation and benefits programs to include annual salary planning processes, salary surveys and analysis, benefit programs and employee services (perks). Partner with management and benefits vendors to provide comprehensive employee benefit plans.
  • Work with the leadership to implement HR systems to provide the management with actionable data.
  • Proactively work with key stakeholders to drive new HR initiatives that align with business needs\Drive Business Performance and Deliver Results
  • Ensure we scale into new market locations not only in a compliant way, but in a manner consistent with our culture and values.
  • Manage the rend to end recruitment process from manpower planning to attracting sourcing and on boarding candidate on time and budget to assist growth plans

Who you are:

The successful candidate will degree educated with 8+ years experience in HR working on an operational and strategic level. You will have experience building and delivering HR programs from the ground up in a growing organization with the ability to break down complex concepts and clearly explain them internally and externally. With the focus to translate vision into action you will be resourceful and pragmatic with a roll your sleeves up mentality able to see where the business is headed and develop programs proactively.
