HR Manager

UP to $6000 + Attractive VB

Our client is a well establish group of business within the F&B and Retail industry. They have a strong presence in the local market as well as in regions within the SEA market and are constantly expanding. With an impressive YOY growth, they have exciting expansion plans in the pipeline with different geographical locations around the globe.

about the job

You will undertake the role of a HR Manager, supporting 1 business entity, directing all matters pertaining to;

  • End to end recruitment and selection.
  • Full HR Operations; payroll and leave administration, on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Identifying gaps to evaluate and improve performance management
  • Updating HRIS

You will business partner the BUs to identify business objectives as well as to develop succession planning road map within the BU. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU.

You will find yourself in a fast pace environment with abundance of opportunities to grow together with the organization. You will also support your stakeholders in understanding their operation needs and assist them to bring their team to meet business goals.

about the manager/ team

Reporting directly to the VP of HR, you will work closely alongside in a team of 4, with 3 executives reporting in to you. Teamwork is of an essence to our client and you will be looking at working with an exceptional dynamic and cohesive HR team.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in a fast moving retail/F&B environment. You will be someone with excellent people skills when it comes to employees related matters. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all levels and demographic backgrounds. Apart from the mentioned, you must be someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to grow together with the organization. Leadership experience would be an added advantage. Conversant in mandarin is essential for this role due to business requirement to communicate with internal stakeholders.
