about the company
My client is a well established tech organization which specialises in mobile games development. They have successfully launched mobile games that are well designed and executed. With their large user base, they are now one of the leading players in the industry. With their expansion plans, they have just started operations in Singapore and is looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join the team as the HR Manager.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Manager, this is a newly created position and the first HR to be hired into the Singapore's team. Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the full suite of HR functions, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and advisor to business stakeholders on key policies implementations.
  • Oversee the day to day HR Operational matters, such as onboarding, new hire orientations, work pass applications, payroll processing.
  • Design employee handbooks and practices that are aligned with local law regulations and practices.
  • Provide ongoing hr initiatives with the support of HR metrics.


about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Director of Operations based in SG.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HRM or related fields of studies and possess at least 6 years of HR Generalist experience. As this is the first HR incumbent to be hired into the SG team, you should have good knowledge of the employment regulations and be a subject matter expert in the different area of HR. You will be someone who has a solid understanding of HR trends and have the ability to map out strategic plans for the business. You will also be someone who is hands on, passionate about the gaming industry and have excellent communication skills. Due to business needs to liaise across China market, fluency in Mandarin is a mandate.
