As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR Strategies and programmes to drive overall organisational excellence and maintain talent retention.
- Assist to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organisation
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer, reviewing etc
- Partner with business and HR counterparts on job grading exercises as part of integration to the new organisation
- Handle local employee relations and performance issues; provide guidance to managers/ employees regarding all HR matters within the assigned business unit
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains the top talent
- Implementing talent management and succession planning and recruitment strategies to build a high performance culture and preserve human capital

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities and goals.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least 3-5 years of generalist HR experience in a Financial Services/ Asset Management organisation, with a strong collaborative approach to working at a global level.
