As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR Strategies and programmes to drive overall organizational excellence and maintain talent retention
- Assists to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organization
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer, reviewing etc
- Partner with business and HR counterparts on job grading exercises as part of integration to the new organization
- Handle local employee relations and performance issues; provide guidance to managers/ employees regarding all HR matters within the assigned business unit
- Implementing talent management and succession planning and recruitment strategies to build a high performance culture and preserve human capital
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the statutory requirements
- Manages the overall performance appraisal system and drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefit programs for the organization
- Assess overall training needs to implement and monitor training programs

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities and goals.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant Human Resources Development experience, preferably in Tech Sectors, with a strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR Practices.
