As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR Strategies and programmes to drive overall organizational excellence and maintain talent retention
- Assists to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organization
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition process, partner with business leaders and stakeholders on talent planning, devising talent attraction strategies
- Ensure that the organization is aligned with governmental requirements and hiring guidelines
- Handle HR administrative duties i.e manage work pass applications/renewal/cancellation
- Curate a dynamic sourcing approach and handle requisitions for key roles
- Conducting interviews and handle salary negotiations
- Assists to build strong talent pipelines and provide advisory and market insights to stakeholders
- Liaise cross-functionally with stakeholders on internal processes, managing budgets and vendors onboarding/offboarding
- Partner with business and HR counterparts on job grading exercises as part of integration to the new organization
- Implementing talent management and succession planning and recruitment strategies to build a high performance culture and preserve human capital
- Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures within the statutory requirements
- Manages the overall performance appraisal system and drives high performance
- Assist to maintain pay plan and benefit programs for the organization
- Assess overall training needs to implement and monitor training programs, collaborate with the L&D team to conduct onboarding orientation and training programs

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities and goals.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience, preferably in Tech Sectors, with prior people management experience as well as a strong knowledge and understanding of relevant Employment Law & HR Practices.
