Headquartered in Singapore and the Middle East, they are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their ranks, along with their rapid expansion and broad global coverage.

    about the job

    As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective HR Strategies and programmes to drive overall organizational excellence and maintain talent management

    • Assists to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business acumen of the organization
    • Assists to implement effective HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct periodic reviews and audit to ensure all HR practices and procedures complies with the relevant labor laws and regulations
    • Analyze and develop existing HR policies and practices as well as implementing new and effective HR initiatives
    • Design and execute the overall Compensation and Benefits programme
    • Manage the overall recruitment and selection process to hire good talent for retention and growth
    • Initiate and execute an effective People Development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, as well as developing a strong leadership team
    • Implementing talent management and succession planning and recruitment strategies to build a high performance culture and preserve human capital
    • Assist to maintain pay plan and benefit programs for the organization
    • Assess overall training needs to implement and monitor training programs, collaborate with the L&D team to conduct onboarding orientation and training programs


    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, you will lead the HR department to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs in accordance with business priorities, to support business units.



    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 6-8 years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience, preferably from Tech Sectors. Ideally, you should possess prior experience in Compensation and Benefits structure design and management, implementation of L&D programs, as well as a strong knowledge and understanding of relevant Employment Law & HR Practices. Prior regional exposure in the UAE would be an added advantage.
