This role will report directly to the Managing Director and you will be the sole contributor responsible for:
- Full Spectrum of HR and full cycle of recruitment including on-boarding and off-boarding matters.
- Payroll processing, leave, attendance and insurance matters
- Develop and implement HR and admin policies
- Preparation of documents, general legal and compliance matters.
- Employee relations and Performance Management
- Other administrative matter
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR generalist function
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skill.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with Info-Tech HRMS Software is preferred.
