This role is a sole contributor role and will report directly to the HR Director. You will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment, including sourcing, manpower planning, talent pipeline and employee life cycle(on-boarding to off-boarding)
- Liaise with academic institutions/government agencies for various talent programs
- Being the point of contact for all success factor queries
- Analyse HR related data and salary benchmarking
- Training and development
skills and experience required
- Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min of 6 years or more experience in recruitment.
- Sell-versed in Singapore Labour Laws, SAP Success Factor.
- Self-starter and a hands-on person
- Detail-oriented, analytically inclined and possess good problem solving skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
