End to end recruitment, including sourcing, manpower planning, talent pipeline and employee life cycle(on-boarding to off-boarding)
Liaise with academic institutions/government agencies for various talent programs
Being the point of contact for all success factor queries
Analyse HR related data and salary benchmarking
Training and development

skills and experience required

Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Min of 6 years or more experience in recruitment.
Sell-versed in Singapore Labour Laws, SAP Success Factor.
Self-starter and a hands-on person
Detail-oriented, analytically inclined and possess good problem solving skills.
Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
