    Our client is an Engineering company who has decades of proven track records. It has global presence all over the world. They are currently looking for a HR Manager.

    about the job

    This role will report directly into the Business Director and will manage a team 2. You will be responsible to:

    • Perform the full spectrum of HR functions, which includes talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management and payroll administration.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with business units to attain Company’s business goals
    • Actively engage and work with line managers on manpower planning, acquisition and timely deployment to support business operations
    • Review and enhance the performance management system to drive and reward performance
    • Ensure reliable and accurate HR and payroll administration and proper employee file administration

    skills and experience required

    • Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant hands-on HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
    • Possess solid knowledge and understanding of the labour laws
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
